Paid ad campaigns must follow the advertising policies of each platform. The provider is not responsible for rejected ads, account suspensions, or changes in platform policies. Ad budgets are paid directly by the client to the platform and are not included in service fees.

All services must comply with applicable advertising, privacy, and industry regulations. Additional work, delays due to late content or approvals, and out-of-scope requests may result in added charges. Services unused by the client during the billing period are non-refundable and not subject to credit or rollover. Payment for services constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
