3. Payments

  • All services require payment according to the terms agreed upon in the proposal or invoice.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment is required before releasing final files, printing jobs, or launching websites.

  • Late payments may incur a fee.

4. Revisions & Approvals

  • Projects include a limited number of revisions as specified in each proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.

  • The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, artwork, designs, and content before production or publishing.

  • Once approval is given, Restaurant Suite 360 is not responsible for errors, typos, or changes requested after production.

5. Cancellations

  • Photography and video shoots must be canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Print orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • Monthly services require a 30-day cancellation notice.

6. Turnaround & Delivery

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, and production schedules.
Restaurant Suite 360 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors, shipping carriers, or incomplete client materials.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, text, images, and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Secure all permissions and licenses for any materials they provide.

  • Review proofs carefully before final approval.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All creative materials remain the property of Restaurant Suite 360 until the invoice is paid in full.

  • After payment, final deliverables become the property of the client.

  • Raw files (photos, video footage, project files, etc.) remain the property of Restaurant Suite 360 unless otherwise agreed.

9. Website & Digital Services

For website development, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing services:

  • Performance results are not guaranteed due to algorithms and third-party platform changes.

  • Clients are responsible for providing up-to-date access, logins, and hosting credentials.

  • Restaurant Suite 360 is not responsible for hosting issues, downtime, or third-party plugin updates unless under a maintenance plan.

10. Limitation of Liability

Restaurant Suite 360 is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, data, profits, or business interruptions.

  • Errors resulting from client-submitted materials.

  • Delays caused by third-party vendors or platforms.
