Photography and video shoots must be canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Print orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Monthly services require a 30-day cancellation notice.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, and production schedules.
Restaurant Suite 360 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors, shipping carriers, or incomplete client materials.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information, text, images, and approvals in a timely manner.

Review proofs carefully before final approval.
All creative materials remain the property of Restaurant Suite 360 until the invoice is paid in full.
After payment, final deliverables become the property of the client.
Raw files (photos, video footage, project files, etc.) remain the property of Restaurant Suite 360 unless otherwise agreed.

Performance results are not guaranteed due to algorithms and third-party platform changes.
Clients are responsible for providing up-to-date access, logins, and hosting credentials.
Restaurant Suite 360 is not responsible for hosting issues, downtime, or third-party plugin updates unless under a maintenance plan.
Restaurant Suite 360 is not liable for:
Loss of revenue, data, profits, or business interruptions.
Errors resulting from client-submitted materials.
